This app is quite useful after a trade-show or networking event when I have a million business cards and no time to go through them. I don't want to just throw them in a drawer and forget about them, so now I take a photo of the business card with my phone using the Leads App- and it makes a Lead directly in Zoho. I then use a template I've created as an immediate follow up and hello, and the gates of communication have been opened.
