Holiday apartment rental management, managing 12 properties, 3 properties owned including a 13-bedroom facility that is rented to large groups.

After 30 years of operation, this client has experienced rapid recent growth and has become the main marketing and sales resource for the holiday apartment building in which the client is a long-term owner. Like many of the owners they rent the property to vacationers  by the week.  They have encountered difficulty with managing operations based on spreadsheets and MS Outlook email. They also used mobile response management based on a Blackberry email system.

Prodigm assessed the needs, the sales process and marketing integration. We suggested an on-going client contact process and effective data capture and database building from all inquiries processed. Prodigm assisted with Zoho CRM configuration, data load, marketing strategy, customization, quote management, email set up, familiarization, strategy, sales process automation.

The management organization is now fully booked for properties in the up-coming season and can turn-around quotes in a fraction of the time required previously. They are considering further expansion in the rental agency business.
