After 30 years of operation, this client has experienced rapid recent growth and has become the main marketing and sales resource for the holiday apartment building in which the client is a long-term owner. Like many of the owners they rent the property to vacationers by the week. They have encountered difficulty with managing operations based on spreadsheets and MS Outlook email. They also used mobile response management based on a Blackberry email system.
