What it does for you is:

Leads: Delivers fresh leads every dayZoHo Cycle

Minimal Data Entry: Minimizes the need for you to enter any data or spend any time doing “busy work”. You can enter brief sales progress notes on your iPhone or iPad after a call (while you travel down the elevator perhaps?), and keep your appointments and commitments straight, but that is it. The iPhone or iPad automatically syncs with the Sales Support System.

Business Cards: When you are given a business card in a meeting or social situation, either give it to our sales support team for entry or use the Card Munch App on your iPhone, which scans, transcribes and updates your contacts automatically. We scan for duplications each day and will update and merge any duplicates for you. If we confirm that the new contact is in your territory, they will be allocated to you and we will email a confirmation so you can follow up.

Quick find documents: Provides easy access to standard legal documents and calling scripts that you can use or amend for your own style.

Minimal Sales Reporting: Looks after the sales reporting and forecasting process. See our Opportunity Classification process to see how an opportunity is assessed. We do not look over your shoulder, your results are important to us as they are to you and we will let you know if a problem is emerging. Your success is a win-win for us and we want you to succeed.

Smart History: Gives you the history of a sale and all of the other contacts that you or other sales, customer care or marketing staff have had with this client. – You always have the freshest news and information.

Assistance when you need it: Allows our sales support team to help you if you get too busy to follow up immediately on leads. – They are still yours, we just qualify and prioritize them and make notes for your follow up when you are able. We pride ourselves on processing leads within hours, you always have the option of making the first call and we expect you will if you can.

Target Development: In the background, the marketing department has identified and developed target accounts to whom they send invitations, introductory emails, mailing pieces and occasionally they make phone calls. Targets are invited to seminars and presentations. These become qualified leads and will be funneled to you if they are in your territory. You will be able to see what we already know about them and what they have already received In terms of information.

Stay in Touch: Existing clients are in a different marketing stream and of course the marketing department will be staying in touch with them, alerting them to events and shows that meet their interests. They are encouraged to contact you if they need your help in making a purchase decision. You will be emailed or called by the client when they are ready to buy. Our marketing and customer care department will let you know if strong feedback has been received, either good or bad from any of your assigned customers.

More stay in touch: We also stay in touch with lapsed customers through a similar marketing process.

Email History: When you send an email from your iPhone or through the Sales Support System, the email is recorded against the contact’s email history automatically.

Pricing and commission: Your invoices and commissions are on-line for your review.

Calendar and Tasks: You can record your commitments and appointments on your iPhone or iPad and they will be automatically synched into the CRM. You can optionally choose to have an email sent to you to remind you of an appointment or task.
